Conditions of Use
By accessing WabFab Off-Road, LLC, you hereby agree to be bound by terms and conditions linked to this site and accept all disclaimers and limitations of liability expressed therein. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations, you should not access this website. Use of products sold by WabFab Off-Road is at the consumer's own risk.  Proper installation and proper use of all products must be followed for optimal safety and performance.  WabFab Off-Road does not accept responsibility for improper use, alterations, and installation of any products purchased from us.

All products sold and manufactured by WabFab Off-Road are for off-road use only.

Order Placement
Orders may be placed online using our shopping cart service 24/7. Our regular shop hours are 9am to 5pm CST Monday-Friday, except major holidays. All orders are processed for shipping within three to five business days except those products so noted.  If you are unsure about the delivery time frame of the product you wish to order, ask before ordering please. You will receive an email notification upon receipt of your order, so you are responsible for providing a functional email address when your place your order. "Pending" means your order is in process awaiting confirmation of your payment. "Confirmed" means your payment was approved and is now being processed. "Shipped" means your order has been shipped and a tracking number provided where applicable. "Cancelled" means your payment did not clear or your order was cancelled for other reasons. "Refunded" means your "confirmed" payment has been refunded either partially or fully.

Shipping Orders
Orders are normally shipped via UPS with insurance or USPS Priority Mail at our discretion.  UPS is not able to deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical house or business address for delivery. All orders are carefully packaged before they leave our facility. Loss or mishandling of boxes by the carrier is the responsibility of the carrier. WabFab Off-Road does not guarantee shipping times or dates.  If you need your product(s) by a specific date please contact us before you pay for expedited shipping to insure product availability. All claims for damaged or lost goods should be reported to the carrier. We do not ship outside the United States. Flat rate shipping prices listed on UPS Ground option only products are not good outside the contintental 48 states and will not be shipped without payment of additional shipping.

Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash. All orders must be prepaid before delivery. We reserve the right to not accept or cancel your order for any reason.  Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment and your credit card will be charged at the time of order placement. Alabama residents will be charged 9.0% sales tax. We do not offer open accounts or CODs.

Product Application
Rock crawling and off-road driving are inherently dangerous activities. Some modifications will adversely affect the on-road handling characteristics of your vehicle. All products sold by WabFab Off-Road LLC are sold for off road use only. Any other use or application is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Some modifications and installation of certain aftermarket parts may under certain circumstances void your original dealer warranty. Modification of your vehicle may create dangerous conditions which could cause serious bodily injury or death. Buyers and users of these products hereby expressly assume all risks associated with any such modifications and use.

Warranty and Returns
All purchased products carry a one year limited warranty against defects in material or workmanship and all labor carries a 30 day warranty from day of delivery. In the event that we ship the wrong part or we deem the part is defective, we will refund 100% or exchange the product with a product of equal value. Returns and exchanges must be shipped back with a copy of the invoice. Shipping on returns and/or exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. For any return shipping on wrong or defective merchandise, a return shipment tag will be provided, if applicable. If YOU order the wrong part, we are not responsible for any return shipping costs and the return is subject to a restocking fee. NO refunds will be given on shipping. We will not refund or exchange any parts that are not returned in their original packaging and have been used, installed, damaged or modified in any way. Refunds/returns/exchanges require preauthorization, i.e. don't just ship your parts back without contacting us first to make arrangements. Special order parts are not refundable.  Refunds are only processed on Wednesdays. If you have any doubts double check to make sure that you know what you are ordering by contacting us. Orders that are cancelled by the customer after they are confirmed will be charged a 10% processing fee. Orders that are cancelled by the customer after they have been prepared for shipping will NOT be refunded shipping costs. There is a additional restocking fee of 15% during the first 30 days after the initial ship date and 30% during days 31-60 after the initial ship date. No refunds after 60 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
